- WTC Exchange follows practices and measures aimed at combating money laundering (AML) and the financing of terrorism.
- The purpose of these measures is to demonstrate that WTC Exchange takes any attempts to use its platform for illegal purposes seriously.
- WTC Exchange warns users against attempting to use the service for money laundering, financing terrorism, fraud of any kind, or using the service to purchase prohibited goods and services.
- To prevent illegal transactions, the Site imposes certain requirements on all requests created by Users:
- The sender and recipient of the payment in the request must be the same person. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited using the Site’s services.
- All contact information entered by the User in the request, as well as any other personal data provided to the Site, must be current and fully accurate.
- The creation of requests using anonymous proxy servers or any other anonymous internet connections is strictly prohibited.
- WTC Exchange blocks funds received from sanctioned platforms. These assets may be involved in money laundering or terrorist financing. The high-risk resources (the list may be updated) inсlude:

- When conducting a transaction, WTC Exchange also considers the following factors:
- use of anonymizers;
- the accuracy and truthfulness of the data in the request;
- the type of transaction and transaction history with WTC Exchange;
- the history of wallets and payment details;
- involvement of third parties in the transaction.
If one or more factors raise doubts about the legality of the transaction, these factors will form the basis for reasonable suspicion.
- If the administration of the service or Payment Systems has reasonable suspicions that a user is attempting to use the service for money laundering or any other illegal operations, WTC Exchange reserves the right to:
- suspend the user’s exchange transaction until all circumstances are clarified;
- request documents identifying the user’s identity;
- request other information related to payments.
- The User agrees to provide the requested photo/video materials, await the verification decision, and make no claims against the Service.
- All information provided by the client may be shared with relevant authorities in the following cases:
- upon request from law enforcement agencies;
- by court order from various jurisdictions;
- upon request from the administrations of Payment Systems.
- After customer identification, WTC Exchange will process a refund minus up to 5% of the exchange amount (up to the equivalent of $100).
